Dr.S.Shamasundar is the founder and managing trustee.  Dr.S.Shamasundar has his PhD in mechanical engineering. Managing Director of PROSIM. Through these companies he is working with corporate majors (such as GE, GM, Delphi Auto systems, Tatas, etc.,) in USA, Europe, Japan, Germany and India.

YUGAYATRI has 3 full time coordinators, who have been recruited after a 4-month rigorous training.
Yugayatri has a team of about 60 volunteers, mostly working professionals and teachers who work for about 5-10 hours a week in a specific area of their interest.  The network of such volunteers is growing with each programme.
